PMAR Owner/Manager Forums

Owner/Manager Forums are presented by the PMAR Brokerage Risk Management Committee twice annually. Attendees are exclusively owners, principal brokers, and office managers. Sponsorship: $500 per forum (PMAR member price)

PMAR General Membership Luncheons

General membership meetings are presented by PMAR on various topics of interest to licensees, such as risk management, fair housing, and governmental affairs. Sponsorship: $500 (PMAR member price)

PMAR Real Estate Fair Program

The annual education program held in conjunction with the RMLS Real Estate Fair. Sponsorship: $500 (PMAR member price)

PMAR New Member Orientation Program

All new Realtor® members are required to attend this 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. program, which includes training on Code of Ethics, legal issues, governmental affairs, and more. Sponsorship: $250 per program (PMAR member price)

Diversity Certification Course

PMAR will host the National Association of Realtors® "One America: At Home With Diversity" certification program. Attendees will learn how to market to diverse clientele and develop a marketing plan. Sponsorship: $250 (PMAR member price)

Portland First Citizen Program

The Portland First Citizen Award honors civic achievements and business leadership in the community.  Considered one of Portland’s most prestigious awards, the individuals who have received it are an honor roll of the city’s most prominent leaders. Sponsorship: Packages range from $750 to $5,000. Advertising

PMAR accepts advertising in the Realtor® newspaper, published nine times a year and mailed directly to all 8,000+ PMAR members. A 15% discount is available for PMAR Affiliate members.
