For many real estate professionals, short sales and foreclosures represent the new “traditional” real estate transaction. This course helps students evaluate all available options for distressed homeowners and identify the components of an effective short-sale package. Students will learn how to effectively counsel buyer-clients in the purchase of foreclosure properties, and how consumers can avoid foreclosure in the future.

Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 is the personal administration program that helps you manage your time and information more effectively. In our Outlook 2003 class you will learn how to create and organize your e-mail messages, contacts and appointment calendar, all in one program. Prerequisite: some prior experience with an e-mail program.

Looking to learn how to create great-looking documents? Look no further. Our MS Word class will start you off with creating a basic document and then kick it up a notch by teaching you to format text and paragraphs, add tables and insert graphic elements. We’ll even teach you how to share your documents by creating labels or mastering mail merge.

Tired of doing all the dirty work yourself? Make MS Excel do it for you. From crunching numbers to organizing information, we’ll give you the skills to make Excel work for you. We’ll teach you how to navigate your way through the program so that you can select and enter data, modify worksheets and workbooks, and perform calculations.
