Another sign that Oregon is not as hard hit by housing troubles as others nationwide: According to a study by CNNMoney.com, Oregon is among the top ten states with the fewest underwater loans (loans where the homeowner owes more than the home is worth). Only 7.5% of homeowners in the state have underwater loans.
