New program designed to help during economic downturn
In a buyers' housing market, real estate agents are faced with bringing more value to the offer. Giving up to $100 of natural gas just might be the ticket.
To help close the deal, NW Natural has introduced a program for real estate agents to offer a special $100 gas credit for their clients who convert to a natural gas furnace using one of NW Natural's Certified Contractor Partners. The program, available for real estate agents in Oregon and southwest Washington through December 31, 2008, provides agents with sales tools to help demonstrate the increased comfort and value natural gas adds to a home.

Reap the rewards
With NW Natural's new program for real estate agents, the clients won't be the only ones benefiting from natural gas conversions. Every real estate agent to make a successful natural gas conversion will be entered into a raffle with the chance to win a $1,000 Azumano travel voucher. The top 10 real estate agents who make the most natural gas conversions will also receive free ad space at OregonLive.com, a leading local resource for real estate news and listings.
Real estate agents participating in the program will have access to a full range of online resources, including:
